Actors called upon to play key roles in the Worlds of the Crystal Moon feature film.
There has been a lot of talk about who should play key roles when the Worlds of the Crystal Moon is made into a fearure film. In this video some high school students give their thoughts on who they think would fit. Which actors would you like to see in the film?

Check out this limited time offer!
I have been making a lot of fuss the last few weeks about the book series Worlds of the Crystal Moon. Have you been wondering what all this fuss is about? It is now your turn to learn what the fuss is all about.
I have started reading this series of fantasy books and I have also met the author, Phillip Jones. If you’ve been interested in some of the other recent fantasy series such as Harry Potter or the Twilight series, I highly recommend that you pick up this series and begin reading it. Just as with Harry Potter & Twilight, Phillip is working hard to make this series into a feature film. As of now Phillip has the first two books of the series published and available in hardback. They have been selling for $24.99 each, but right now you can pick up the books for $12.50 (plus shipping if you order online). Phillip will only be selling his books at this price for a limited time. If you are interested I highly recommend getting yourself a copy. You can also read the first chapter here to decide for yourself if this is a story you’d be interested in reading.

Utah Filmmakers Meet and Greet
I was at the Utah Filmmakers Meet and Greet on Wednesday night and Phillip showed up to get an idea of the talent Utah has to offer. I am also a Casting Director in Salt Lake City. I was ablee to get some pictures of some Utah actors that might look the part the Phillip has imagined.
These are just some ideas that I would like to toss out there to get a little buzz going about who you would like to see in these roles.

About Phillip Jones
A tidbit about the author Phillip Jones and the way his imaginative fantasy worlds came to be. If you have ever met Phillip, the first thing you will notice is that he is a big guy. Phillip is 6’5 and probably about 250 pounds. Being such a big man comes the nickname “Big Dog”. Phillip was born in Raleigh, North Carolina, on January 25, 1971. He was raised by his aunt Judy. Phillip says, “she is an incredible woman with a heart of gold. It was because of her selflessness that she took me in and raised me. This is the woman I call mother.”
Phillip then moved to Broomfield, Colorado, and graduated from Broomfield High, home of the Eagles, in June of 1990. In July, right after graduating from high school, Phillip joined the United States Navy where he worked as an Air Traffic Controller at NAS Fallon, Nevada. After being injured he retired from the Navy in November, 1995.
He now lives in Utah where he spends his time writing and marketing his new Worlds of the Crystal Moon series any chance he gets. Phillip is a single dad with two boys that he is very proud of. He loves to scuba dive and enjoys the feel of the open road on his Suzuki M-109 motorcycle.
Phillip recalls how he came up with idea for the Worlds of the Crystal Moon:
“…on the night of October 16, 2007, to be exact, I woke up in a heavy sweat. My visions had been so unforgettable. I actually felt like the reality I had woken up to was still, somehow, a part of the fantasy I had just escaped. For a few agonizing moments, I was unable to distinguish if I was truly in my own bed.”
When he finally calmed down and was able to gather his thoughts, he knew he was on the verge of a new story. It was locked in his mind, yearning to come to life. Phillip sat down and wrote for 39 hours and it was during this period of time that the first 80 pages of book one, Crystal Moon, World of Grayham had been written. Through his dreams, he has learned that it will be a series of six books in total. Book 2, Crystal Moon, Magic of Luvelles, is also now available and Phillip is in the process of writing book three. He is also working on taking this awesome fantasy to the big screen.
