My thoughts on where Crystal Moon book 3 could be going?

Athena, Marry and Susanne

Some amazing things are beginning to happen with Phillip Jones’ series, Worlds of the Crystal Moon. I spoke with him a while back and got some insight to where book three is going. At the time I spoke with Phil, he was working on chapter three. I told him I would keep what he told me to myself but what I can tell you is the few things we did talk about will take your breath away.  I look forward to being able to share that book with you when it is finished.

If you’re reading this and you haven’t finished book two, Crystal Moon, Magic of Luvelles, you may want to stop reading here. This could be a spoiler for you.

I know that if we can assist Philip in getting the word out about his series it would free up time for him to write faster so we can find out what happens to Shalee while she is trapped in the Eye. I must say that I am a huge fan of Helga and after what happened to her at the end of book one, Crystal Moon, World of Grayham, I didn’t think we would see her again.

What is George thinking? That man is a piece of work. He has such a one track mind about getting his daughter back that he has allowed himself to become a puppet to Lasidious, God of Mischief. The interesting thing is every once in a while George Nailer seems to have a conscience. He might be getting a mind of his own as he sees how it is putting his family on Grayham and Luvelles in great danger.  As with his growing relationship with Payne, he has taken him in as a child of his own. Of course, it is after George has found his way to use him. And, what is to become of The Visionary’s prophecy given to Mary, Athena and Susanne? What is George Nailer going to do with Sam Goodrich and baby Sam?

On another note: With the new information that Phillip Jones just gave us with his revision of chapter one from Crystal Moon, World of Grayham, what does he mean by the following quote from that chapter?

“The red-eyed announcer appeared in a cloud of smoke beside Sam’s motionless figure. He leaned down and whispered in the fighter’s ear, “Shall we see how long it takes before your memory returns, old friend? Can you believe that the idiot doesn’t know I’m onto him? I’m far too clever, and have plans for us! You simply need to be reminded of who you really are. I have missed you. All will be revealed when the proper moment arrives.”

These are just a few of the thoughts that I have been having while waiting for book three to come out. What are your thoughts? I am very interested to know where you think things might be going.

  1. hee hee hee hee hee hee It will be interesting to see what is in store for us in book 3.

  2. I want to know what is going to happen with Alistar and Lasidious. I was flored when I learned that Alistar and Lasidious are brothers. I want to see the new Dragon world and see how the Source fits in there. Write faster, Big Dog. Your fan forever, David Shad.

  3. I want to know what new characters and races will be created in Book 3. What twisted and creative creatures will you think of next, Big Dog?

  4. David, I know of one way that we can get Big Dog to write faster, and that is to help him with the publicity, the more that we can do the more time he will have to write. Thanks for you help and interest.

  6. I to was blown away when I found out that Alistar and Lasidious are brothers. But what really blew my mind was when Mosely gave up his God status. I can not wait for book three just to find out what happens to him.!

  7. On the facebook page Phillip does tell you that he killed off a charter. It looks like Phillip doesn’t know where things are going until he writes it. I think that is why the books are so much alive.

  8. I agree with Kevin, the more we can help, the more Phillip can write. Therefore the faster we will be able to get our hands on book 3, which I can not wait to start (what torture!! LOL!). I must say, however, that it is probably easier for everyone in Utah to get the word out since at least he is more readily available at signings, which people can be sent to. Unlike here in Colorado, not many people know about it. However I have gotten books (and lent out some) to people I know, to the extent to spreading the word to Texas and even Germany.

  9. I love the books and cant wait for the third. Very excited, please hurry, your fan Aidoggy

  10. whens the third book coming out anyone know?

  11. He should put a warning on the front saying: “This book is rated PG-13 viewer discression is advised.”

  12. my little brother really wants crystal moon3 (Kingdom of the Ice King) does anybody know when it comes out he read the first two in a month and he is in 4th grade and you know how 4th graders are

  13. Wait! Im confused. Did Kepler become Goerges new Goswig? Or is it still Payne? I know Payne gave his powers to Kepler, but I’m still not sure. Because if it were me I would have kept Payne as mine after everyone said how powerful he was.

  14. Why did Lasidious seemed so pleased when payne gace his powers to kepler? Didn’t he want payne to be goerges Goswig?

  15. Does anyone know if the third book is going to come out still? Just visited the website and it’s not even running anymore….

  16. Can Someone shed some light on when this third book will be out?

  17. George made Payne give his powers to Kepler because he didn’t want Payne to tell Athena he was lying. I think payne is not his goswig cause he can’t draw off his power Kepler is an ally, but not nessicarily a goswig I hope this helps answer your questions

As for publicity, it seems everyone who read the series is hooked. I am gonna spread the word. Anybody who is gonna do it too, say aye ;)

SOMEONE answer me plz. i am in sixth grade and a total bookworm. ive read crystal moon the first two books 12 times!!! EACH!!!! I am addicted and need bk 3!

  19. Wait, you mean people actually read these books? Like, in a non-sardonic way? That’s hilarious. These books are some of the worst literary trash I’ve ever even seen, and I’ve read two Twilight books before.

  20. I can’t help but read all of the positive comments here in an overly sarcastic voice. I will never not believe that ‘Big Dog’ and his fan-base are all part of an elaborate joke.
